"Worst experience ever , they only pick up your call when you have to rent at the first place.. There is no any customer support. No customer helpline number.. As I have using their washing machine from 1 month and from the 2nd only it started giving issues the water overflow problem and many others.. They give you the oldest product.. such inconvenience for a customer after paying such a high amount monthly not recommended at all..AND YOU CAN GRT YOUR MACHINE MACHINE REPLACED ONLY AFTER 6 MONTHS OF ORDER. IT DOESN'T MATTER WHETHER YOU GOT AN OLD MACHINE OR ANYTHING."

"So I want to give a very honest review and experience of using Rentickle. First of all they don't tell you hat you should have a good Experience score and credit score, more than 750 to proceed effectively in booking the furniture, if you have a a score of less than 750z they will ask you to pay 4-5 month additional rent in advance which will be adjusted in the last 5 months of your tenure. They don't specify it at the initial stage or anywhere else so that people will proceed and get can ask for extra monthly rent. Second, I had words with their Finance team, some Gaurav Kumar from Gurgaon. That guy was ridiculous and not cooperative at all, rather than accepting their own faults he keeps giving justifications and explanations. I asked them to refund my money so that I can book from any other rental website where at least they don't ask for that much."

"Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience with City Furnish DO NOT GO for City Furnish Dear Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by City Furnish. I placed an order on May 21, 2024, and completed my KYC on the same day. Your website indicated that the order would be delivered by May 24, 2024. However, I have not been contacted regarding the delivery. Despite numerous follow-ups and calls, including attempts to escalate the issue with Hiteshi, Harpreet, and Sudhanshu, I have received no satisfactory response. It is frustrating that City Furnish takes advance payments but fails to provide timely customer support. After multiple follow-ups, I received an email today (May 24, 2024) at 11:55 AM stating that the AC will be delivered between 6 PM and 7 PM on 26th May 2024. This timing is surprising since your website mentions that deliveries are made between 10 AM and 6 PM. When I checked with Sudhanshu, he mentioned that the timing was confirmed by the vendor and that City Furnish cannot do anything about it. Does City Furnish operate according to its policies, or is it at the vendors' discretion? I am extremely disappointed with City Furnish's service. I also reviewed social media feedback, and it appears that customer satisfaction is not a priority for your company. Please address this issue promptly. On 27 May 2024, i received very old AC of Hitachi, 3 star AC, without any stabilizer (whereas the website of City Furnish showed the clear picture of 5 star AC and on the website the brand was clearly written as Whirlpool, and the AC was to be provided with Stabilizer, all written on the website of City Furnish). BUT, when I informed City Furnish, their executive Sudhanshu said it is not in their hand. I need to know from Sudhanshu and City Furnish, when you were confirming the same information about the product on 24 May 2024, then how much everything changed at the last moment on 27 May 2024. In simple terms, it is called "Cheating" and "Fraud" which is conducted by City Furnish. I hope the new people approaching your company will read the review and made aware how bad City Furnish is. Please don't trust this company. They are fake, they take money well in advance and at the time of delivery (extremely late delivery) the product will be sent to you not what is shown on their website but whatever the vendor wants and you cannot even reason with City Furnish. Whosoever is reading this "Please do not go for City Furnish""

"Worst service after renting. Delivered defective product TWICE, Trying to get it replaced again, but customer service executives just call and ask, sir, what’s the problem with the furniture?
